Cindy Fox has worked as a performer and teacher in numerous guises through the Central West and regional NSW. She has performed in orchestras, cabarets, bands and as a soloist. As a teacher, her work is informed by Dalcroze Eurhythmics, where music through movement is the overarching principle. This holistic form of teaching engages the body and mind through creativity and play, and Cindy has used this in many workshops to engage students of all backgrounds.
